Clarity Health Revenue Cycle Management works with protected health information (PHI) on behalf of our clients under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This notice explains how PHI relates to this website, which is separate from the billing services we provide.

When you use the contact form, please share only the general business details it asks for. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, account numbers, diagnoses, claim details tied to an individual, or any other information that could identify a patient. If you need to discuss a specific patient or account, contact us and we will direct you to a secure channel.
How we handle PHI in an engagement
When we provide revenue-cycle services, any PHI we access is handled under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and applicable HIPAA requirements. That work happens through secure, access-controlled systems agreed with the client, never through this public website or its contact form.
Our safeguards for client PHI, including administrative, physical, and technical protections, are described in the agreements and documentation that govern each engagement.
